Orku's fine, free-flowing Calcium Sulphate Gypsum Powder is a food grade dihydrate used as a solidifying agent, coagulant, anti-caking agent, stabiliser and dough improver. It is also used in brewing as a filter and to support the fermentation process, and in the making and solidifying of tofu.
