CoolStuff2Buy is an affiliated reseller of New Aim PTY LTD and therefore takes no responsibility for any injuries, damages or misconduct suffered as a result of any of the products sold.
1. Definitions & Binding
Your use of this website constitutes agreement to follow these Terms. "ACL" refers to Australian Consumer Law. Orders are deemed accepted upon receipt of acknowledgement or delivery.
2. Accuracy of Content
PICTURES: Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Items made from natural materials like wood will have unique patterns and colours.
3. Price & Payment
Prices include GST. Payments must be in AUD. Invoices are issued upon order. Dispatch begins only after cleared payment is received.
4. Delivery, Title & Risk
Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes to the Customer upon acknowledgement. Title passes upon full payment.
5. Liability & Indemnity
Liability is limited to replacement, repair, or refund of the Purchase Price at our option. Consequential loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
6. Jurisdiction
All dealings are subject to the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales.
