Limitation of Liability – CoolStuff2Buy is an affiliated reseller of New Aim PTY LTD and therefore takes no responsibility for any injuries, damages or misconduct suffered as a result of any of the products sold.
In this policy "you" or "your" refers to a customer, and "us", "our" or "we" refer to CoolStuff2Buy (ABN 34 297 542 192).
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
12-Month Warranty
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer a 12-month warranty on items found to be faulty or damaged, excluding:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper assembly or modification
- Abnormal use or abuse
- Damage to external packaging only
Making a Claim

- Order number & quantity
- High-quality images or video of the fault
- Photos of original packaging
- Brief explanation of the request
Change of Mind
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Excludes health/safety products, bulk purchases, and opened packages.
Restocking fees (10%) and return postage costs apply to accepted change of mind returns.
Refund Processing Fee
Please note that our payment processors retain transaction fees on all purchases. Consequently, any customer-requested refunds (excluding orders cancelled due to our error or product defects) will incur a non-refundable 3% processing fee. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover non-refundable transaction costs.
