How to Use

• Add one cup of Himalayan bath salt when you start running the water for a bath
• Most salt crystals will dissolve by the time the bath is ready
• Ideal water temperature is about 37 degrees Celsius
• Soak for 20 to 30 minutes
• Do not use bath additives, soaps or oils
• Let skin air dry naturally rather than towel drying or rubbing dry
• A 15 to 20 minute rest after the bath may allow final trace minerals to be absorbed through the skin
