Orku Golden Linseed, are harvested in Australia, are organic and non GMO.

Also known as flaxseed, they have a mild nutty flavour, and are rich in plant sourced omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids.

Golden flaxseeds have more polyunsaturated fatty acids and less monounsaturated fatty acids compared to brown flaxseeds. They also have larger amounts of the two essential fats that your body isn't able to produce: alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid.

Rich in dietary fibre , protein, lignans and antioxidants, mix these delightful additions to your cereals, muesli, muffins and bread for a healthy nutrient boost.

Whole flax seeds have a longer shelf life than ground flax seed, although we recommend grinding them to increase nutrient absorption and gain the most health benefits.
