Designed for training and/or performance, this strong silk sling is a useful aid for yoga, pilates, tumbling, gymnastics, dance, callisthenics or general strength and flexibility training. With a generous weight capacity, the silk is suitable for all body types and abilities. The silk needs to be suspended from a robust timber or concrete ceiling, using the appropriate fixings (that are included). The kit contains everything needed to get the sling into an operational condition. The nylon silk is fully washable.
