Setting Up

1. Test the incubator to confirm it functions properly.
2. Connect the plug of the egg turner to the control plug.
3. Fill the water channels according to the local humidity level.
4. Place the eggs with the tip side down.
5. Close the lid and start the incubator.
6. Press the reset button to reset and start the day count from 0.
7. Monitor the humidity reading and refill the water channel when needed, usually every 4 days.
8. By day 18, remove the egg tray and place the eggs on the bottom grid.
9. Fill both water channels at the same time to increase humidity so the eggshells are soft enough for the chicks to break out.
10. Do not open the lid too often while the chicks are hatching; the water filler can be filled through the fill hole.

Opening the lid frequently can cause the shells of unbroken eggs to dry out, preventing the chicks from breaking through.
