Heavy-Duty Telescopic Gate System The heavy-duty telescopic gate system from Randy Travis Machinery is engineered for seamless operation in tight spaces, offering a primary and trailing gate configuration that minimises the space required for the gate to open. Key Features: Primary Secondary Gate Integration: The kit establishes a connection between the primary gate (rear gate) and the secondary gate (front gate), ensuring synchronized movement. The primary gate features adjustable pulley systems with sealed bearings for smooth operation, while the secondary gate includes a dedicated bracket (supplied) that connects to the primary gate's stainless steel pulley wire. Dual Operation Modes: In manual mode, moving either gate will prompt the other to follow. In automated setups, a sliding gate motor initiates movement via the connected primary gate. Universal Compatibility: Compatible with all sliding gate wheels, supported by both low and high base plate systems. Supports IRM (Internal Recess Mount) and EFM (External Flat Mount) wheels. Works with various guiding systems, including roller and bracket arrangements or nylon block and angle arrangements. Adjustable Pulley System: Offers up to 25mm (1 inch) of adjustment at either end of the primary gate for precise tensioning, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. High Performance: Capable of handling gates up to 4500mm (4.5 meters) in length and a maximum weight of 250kg per gate. Supports a tail section of 350mm, allowing for a maximum opening width of 8300mm (8.3 meters). This innovative telescopic gate system is the perfect solution for properties requiring compact, efficient, and reliable sliding gate operation.
